Why when I login to my NT account, I do not see my website?
This is because when you initially log into your account, you will be located in your FTP Home directory NOT your HTTP root directory. You will need to change directories to the HTTP root directory.

What are all the 'folders' shown in the directory of my account?
The 'folders' in your directory is what Internet Information Server (IIS) and MS FrontPage produces when the account is created. Please leave the basic structure as it is and by all means do not delete any folders.

Put the HTML files in your root (login) directory if you use FTP. However, if you use MS FrontPage, this will be handled automatically for you.

Why when I upload my site I can see it via FTP but not on the web?
This is show that you have uploaded your web files in your home directory and NOT into your root HTTP directory. Hence, for this files to be visible on a web browser, they must be copied to the HTTP root directory.

Setting correct but still can not be connected - "blocking call rejected". error
Most likely it is caused by user accessing our FTP server through their company's firewall. In such cases, you must set your FTP client to operate in "passive mode" when making a connection.

How do I change my FTP password?
If you are using WS_FTP, go to >startup>initialize command and then type “site pswd oldpassword newpassword". Then click Apply and Ok buttons. Next click Connect Button to initialize the command.
