May I promote my web site with bulk email?
No, spamming is in violation of our service agreement. There are legal and ethical issues involved in mass mailing of unsolicited email. Any user of our services who has sent a large number of unsolicited email will have their account closed within 24 hours.

 

Why I can not retrieve my email?
Make sure you have the correct user name and password for your account. If you lost your email user name and password, contact helpdesk and we will reset it and email it to the administrative contact on our record.

Have you successfully dial-up through your ISP? You need to be connected to the Internet before you can make use of the mail services provided by us.

 



My email bounced back with the message "Unknown User"?
Unknown user means the host's email database does not contain the username or ID you specified in the address. In other words, you probably either typed in the user's name wrong or the person has left the company or changed her email address.

 

Can I manage my own email account?
Yes! We will create an email administration account for you to manage your own account when you signed up with us. Therefore, being an email administrator you can create or delete email account and reset email password etc., for your staff without going through us.
