Microsoft OutLook Express 

- Configuration for Mail 7 -

• Incoming pop  : pop7.cybersite.com.sg

• Outgoing smtp: Select the "smtp" of your ISP

  Example:

  • PacNet  - smtp.pacific.net.sg

  • SingNet - mail.singnet.com.sg

  • StarHub -smtp.starhub.net.sg

• User Account  : john%yourdomain.com

Notes:

Customers are requested to use the "smtp" (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) provided by their ISP (Internet Service Provider).  

Step by step on setting up of Microsoft OutLook Express:

Open up your outlook express email software program

• Click on tools - account.

• Click mail under internet accounts - click add button - Click Mail.

• Type your display name example: john - Click next.

• Type your new email account example: john@yourdomain.com - Click Next.

• Type in pop7.cybersite.com.sg under incoming mail

• Type in the "smtp" of your ISP under outgoing mail - Click Next.

Example:

• PacNet  - smtp.pacific.net.sg

• SingNet - mail.singnet.com.sg

• StarHub -smtp.starhub.net.sg

• Under account name type example: john%yourdomain.com 

• Type in your password (if you choose to remember password) and check the  box to remember password.

• Click finish.
