Email Authentication

Dear Valued Customer,

This is to inform you that will effect from 13 June 2003, all our outgoing email requires authentication. If you have problem in sending out your email please check and ensure that you have put a tick in the checkbox: "My server requires authentication". Nevertheless, below are some illustrations on MS Outlook, Ms Outlook Express and Eudora for your reference.

We would like to thank you for your understanding and continuing support. The main purpose is for security reason and we look forward to serve you better.

Outlook Express
Select Tools > Accounts > Internet Accounts > Mail > Properties > Server >

Outgoing Mail Server.
 

Put a tick in the checkbox - "My server requires authentication"

Select Tools > Accounts > Email Accounts >
View or change existing e-mail accounts > Change > More Settings > Internet Email Settings > Outgoing Server.

Put a tick in the checkbox "My outgoing server(SMTP) requires authentication"

Select Tools > Options > Sending Mail.

Put a tick on the checkbox "Allow authentication"
