Long story to tell about Cybersite…

Back to 3 years ago, when I started up my first website, and get a domain and hosting with Cybersite. At that time, their support is so poor that might take 3-4 days to reply my email. Which made me want to transfer to other provider after 1 year with them.

But after I have this thought, their support suddenly become very friendly and prompt services, I felt weird as well and only found out that the company is already sold to another bigger hosting provider company, that’s why the changes had made.

Start from there, their support is really superb now, thanks to Cybersite, oops should thanks to the company buyer =D
