Long story to tell about Cybersite…

Back to 3 years ago, when I started up my first website, and get a domain and hosting with Cybersite. At that time, their support is so poor that might take 3-4 days to reply my email. Which made me want to transfer to other provider after 1 year with them.

But after I have this thought, their support suddenly become very friendly and prompt services, I felt weird as well and only found out that the company is already sold to another bigger hosting provider company, that’s why the changes had made.

Start from there, their support is really superb now, thanks to Cybersite, oops should thanks to the company buyer =D
Btw, satisfied now, and will continue with Cybersite!

My server downtime is really 99.9% with Cybersite, as only down 1 time since 8 years service with them.

My website speed 5x up, after change to Server from VPS with Cybersite due to my resources used up to the limit. By the way, thanks for the suggestion and I really satisfied with it.

They have a damn good data centre environment in Singapore.
